A full-service modern galley is equipped with the following features: commercial range, microwave oven, coffee maker, 40 cubic-ft. freezer, 60 cubic-ft. refrigeration, ice machine and ample storage space for dry goods.

Fresh fruits and juices are always available between meals. They are prepared by a trained chef and the galley operates to certified public health standards.
